Bank of Hawaii Corporation (NYSE: BOH), a bank holding company, said on Monday that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares. The dividend will be payable on March 14, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 29, 2012. BOH last closed at $47.72 a share on Friday.
Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers Inc. (NYSE: RBA) an industrial auctioneer, selling equipment to on-site and online bidders, said on Monday that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1125 per common share payable on March 9, 2012 to shareholders of record on February 17, 2012. RBA closed at $23.20, up 3.16 percent on Friday.
RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSEAmex: RIF) said on Monday that its board has declared its final dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on January 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on January 1, 2011. The company has completed its merger into RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund on January 20, 2012.
Twin Disk Inc. (Nasdaq: TWIN)
said today that its board of directors has increased the quarterly cash dividend to $0.09 per share from $0.08 per share payable on March 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on February 10, 2012. The company also reported its second quarter FY 2012 financial results earlier today. TWIN is trading lower by 8.63 percent to $36 a share in the pre-market trading today.
